Hi, my name is Sean. I am a fitness professional right here in Hoover, AL. After my collegiate football career came to an end, I was left with a broken down overweight body.
Luckily, I spent my college years learning how to properly train and fuel the human body. I took that knowledge and began to train myself. After months of hard work and proper nutrition, I lost over 40 pounds and rehabbed my broken-down body and regain my strength!
After experiencing this life changing transformation, left me with a passion to help others experience transformation as well. That is why I started Thompson Fitness. To help those who are not experiencing life to the fullest due to their bodies holding them back.
My mission is to help people lose weight, regain their strength and regain their confidence. Giving them the ability to live life to the fullest.

Each session is coached by one of our certified trainers. We guide each member through every exercise. No matter if you are just starting off or have been working out for years, your coach will make sure you lift correctly and safely.
We always recommend consulting your doctor before beginning any exercise program. We also complete a fitness evaluation with each member, before they begin training us. This ensures that each client safely enters our fitness program.
Our fitness programs includes all you need to meet your fitness goals. Yes that includes nutrition. Each of our clients are guided through their customized nutrition plan.
Yes, we can guide you through at home workouts. Workout are posted daily on our custom app. If you miss a class or want to do something extra. Simply open the app and complete your workout.
To get started click on “Book Discovery Call”. It will take you to a scheduling page. Once you book your call we will reach out to you at that time. Booking a discovery call does not cost you anything or sign you up for a program. It simply sets a time for us to call you and tell you a little more about our fitness programs.
